From the highly practical, to the completely inane, Maker Faire brings together all manner of talented people who make stuff… It’s everything from robotics, to 3D printing, to lock-picking, to knitting…

I have no doubt that there will be a wide variety of tech that could push room escape games to new heights.

The Power Racing Series is a competition where teams build their own heavily modified Power Wheels (yes, like when you were a kid).

FUBAR Labs is a Central Jersey makerspace that I served on the board of before room escapes took over my life. They were raising funds, so we donated and now we have a big “RoomEscapeArist.com” sticker on the side of their car.

Go cheer for the FUBAR crew; they are good peoples.

Meet us at World Maker Faire 2015

Maker Faires happen all over the country, but the biggest one is in New York next weekend.

Lisa and I will make our annual visit to World Maker Faire on Sunday, September 27 at the World’s Fair grounds in Queens. Let us know if you’ll be there, and we’ll wander with you for a bit.
