This interesting and inspiring video comes to us from Ken Ferguson of the UK escape room blog, The Logic Escapes Me.
In a remote part of Italy, a couple of guys have built a submarine simulator that is as detailed as it is creative.

Essentially, it is an immersive control unit controlling a camera mounted to a CNC in a pond. Check out this fantastic Tom Scott video on it:
I love everything about this concept and the thinking that went into it. This feels like it’s something that could be worked into an escape room or immersive game.
Plus… it won’t implode.
