A phone number on its own does not count as contact information.

At a minimum, your real life room escape website needs to include your:

  • email address
  • physical address
  • phone number

It’s nice to have the social media links too (Twitter is especially useful).

But really, just have a way for people to get in touch.

If I can’t figure out how to book my group with your pricing scheme, give me as many options to resolve the problem as possible.

Also, if I can’t copy your email address from your website, I might type it wrong and never reach you.

Don’t make it hard for me to give you my money.

      We love Twitter, and use it all the time @RoomEscapeArt.

      It’s a good idea to have an active social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest. If you’re looking to target corporate events, then add LinkedIn into the mix.

      The important thing to note is that norms and behaviors are different on each of these platforms. If you try to use them, make sure you’re doing it right.
