We are proud to share just how much the Room Escape Artist team accomplished over the past year.

In addition to publishing over 380 blog posts, the team produced several successful events, including RECON Remote 25 and three Escape, Immerse, Explore Tours, with two of those going to international destinations. These events connected our community with peers and ideas from across the global escape room industry.

Theresa made a super fun infographic to showcase everything we’ve been up to!

We were thrilled to see strong engagement with several of our event pages and reviews this year, including:

Podcast Growth & Expansion

Reality Escape Pod (REPOD) returned in 2025 with two full seasons. In addition to the main show, the REPOD team also released 12 Spoilers Club episodes and 31 Bonus episodes exclusively for Patreon supporters. We also launched a brand-new podcast, PG’s Playhouse, a show filled with clever wordplay, puns, and playful exploration.

Video Content

Our YouTube channel saw significant growth in 2025. With the announcement of the REAction Award winners, the shorts announcing each Golden Lock Award winner, the full REPOD catalogue of episodes, and past RECON Remote Speaker Sessions, the platform has become an increasingly important way for us to share content. We’re excited to continue expanding our video offerings in the year ahead.
