Between the 2 standout companies in the city, we experienced gameplay on a massive scale, gorgeous sets, and compelling stories and puzzles. If this small sample size in March 2022 is any indication of where the region is heading, we’re truly excited to see what’s next from the creators there.

Wizard Quest is not an escape room. It is a sprawling, three-floor, non-linear, narrative-and-exploration adventure. Located in Wisconsin Dells (a 2 1/2 hour drive northwest of Milwaukee), Wizard Quest is a fun excuse to explore lovingly crafted, delightful environments that can be engaged with on different levels to appeal to different ages.
