Prior to Survivor Season 39 I sat down with former Survivor contestants and escape room fans Peih-Gee Law and Anthony Robinson (also of No Proscenium) to discuss the upcoming season and talk about escape rooms.

Rather enjoyed that! I watched both UK Survivor seasons and two or three of the US ones, but I might just get into Survivor season 40 after all.

Have you been able to find any more about the weekend-long game Peih-Gee talked about, please? I haven’t been able to work out what to search for, even by looking back through her Twitter (though I may well have not looked far enough).

There is, of course, the tradition of weekend-long road-rally van-based puzzle hunts sometimes referred to as The Game, but people these days tend to have focused their puzzle event efforts towards things that hundreds or thousands worldwide can play online instead of things that dozens in a particular location can play, which is accessible and pragmatic, even if not so… in a way, romantic.
